Story

The story

The roastery is minority-owned and operated by a native of Nicaragua. Direct relationships with producers. An honest read on what a fair price looks like at origin. A perspective on Nicaraguan coffee that most roasters only get secondhand, if they get it at all.

Dax Bermudez immigrated from Nicaragua and has extended family in the Jinotega region with ties to coffee farming. Those relationships are the reason this brand can name a single farm instead of a blend.

Single country. Single farm at a time. Fair price. Fresh roast.
